The Consortium developed a member-based program wherein members pool their idle assets together to increase the Consortium's credit line, to finance its own private lending program for the benefit of its members. The credit line is the members' own private personal bank. Rather than paying interest to a bank or any other financial institution, the members pay a lower rate and keep the interest income for the benefit of the members.

The Idle Asset is secured by the asset portfolio of the Consortium. The credit line utilized has a full payment guarantee backed up by the asset portfolio that includes cash, receivables, real estate, life insurance face and cash value, automobiles, and other assets of the Consortium.

EXIT STRATEGY

The Consortium's cash and member's life insurance cash and face value of the policy is the exit strategy.

FINANCING?

PREMIUM FINANCING IS A STRATEGY DESIGNED TO HELP CLIENTS ACQUIRE LARGE LIFE INSURANCE POLICIES USING OTHER PEOPLES MONEY. 
IT IS FUNDING THE PAYMENT OF LARGE POLICY PREMIUMS THROUGH BORROWED FUNDS. THE COLLATERAL OF THE LOAN IS THE POLICY ITSELF. ONCE THE POLICY GENERATES ENOUGH SURPLUS CASH VALUE IN LATER YEARS, THE OWNER OF THE POLICY CAN THEN PAY BACK THE PREMIUM FINANCE LOAN FROM THE CASH VALUE.
